Basil, parsley and raw super seed pesto


1 small bowl


1 clove of garlic, peeled
60g fresh basil
30g fresh parsley
90g Raw Health super seed spread
40-50ml Raw Health olive oil
2 tbsp. Raw Health apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste


Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined and to a consistency of your liking, adding more oil if you want it to be thinner.

Season to taste.

Store in the fridge and eat within 4 days.
