3 cups (350g) Profusion Organic Protein Muesli

1/2 cup (50g) ground linseed, almonds and sunflower seeds

1 mashed banana

2 tbsp Profusion Organic Hemp Peanut Butter

1 tsp of Profusion Organic Chia Seeds

1 tsp Vanilla extract or paste

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 cup (60ml) Olive Oil

1/4 cup (60ml) Agave Syrup


Preheat oven to 160c - fan forced

Combine muesli, linseed, almonds and sunflower seeds, peanut butter, mashed banana, vanilla, cinnamon, olive oil and agave in one large bowl until mixed through. 

Spoon into a baking tin lined with baking paper. 

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Cool then cut into 16 pieces.
