We are looking for a Technical Services Coordinator who has at least 3 years of experience in Customer Services and is passionate about food and quality.

Reports to: Senior Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries over telephone and email
• Logging and update of complaints database
• Complaint investigation and close out
• Complaint trend analysis
• Coordinating insurance and supplier credit claims
• Coordinating product recalls and withdrawals
• Completing supplier questionnaires and customer forms
• Ensuring supplier certifications are up to date
• Coordinating product delists
• Engagement of continuous improvement within quality team

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in Customer Services or Technical within a food/ drink FMCG company
• Food Science / related Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of food manufacturing and QA/QC systems would be beneficial
• Familiar with BRC and IFS standards
