Raw Health banana chocolate chai smoothie

This deliciously sweet and lightly spiced smoothie, with its chocolate and caramel notes tastes like a decadent dessert. It contains one of your five-a-day and a good amount of protein, fiber and healthy fats from the almonds and chia seeds which will keep you satisfied for longer.

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe bananas
150- 200ml non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, coconut, oat)
2-4 medjool dates
2 tbsp. Raw Health almond butter
2 tbsp. Raw Health chia seeds
A pinch each of cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric
1 tsp, raw cacao powder

METHOD

Add all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you would like a thinner consistency and more dates if you would like it to be sweeter.

Drink immediately.
