INGREDIENTS

·      1 can Biona Organic Coconut Milk (400 ml)

·      65g raw cashews

·      65ml cup water

·      3 tbsp Biona Organic Maple & Agave syrup

·      1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

·      1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD

1.    Soak the cashews overnight or for at least 2 hours.

2.    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

3.    Refrigerate for 1-2 hours

4.    Serve chilled and toast Christmas!
