Cranberry Almond Energy Balls:
· 150g oats
· 40g almonds, sliced and roasted
· 115g Biona Organic Almond Butter
· 90g Biona Organic Agave Syrup
· 50g shredded unsweetened coconut
· 1 tbsp Biona Organic Linseed
· 60g Biona Organic Cranberries
· 1/2 tsp cinnamon
· Place all ingredients into a food processor, or alternatively mix the ingredients by hand until the mixture forms a crumbly dough.
· Make into round bite size portions.
· These can then be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
