Strawberry Santa hats

INGREDIENTS

Approx. 200g strawberries
Approx. 170g coconut yoghurt
1-2 tbsp. Raw Health pure blossom honey
2-3 tbsp. desiccated coconut

METHOD

Slice the tops off the strawberries and line them on a tray, cut side down so that they stand comfortably.

Mix the yoghurt with honey to taste.

Put the coconut yoghurt in a piping bag and pipe around the bottom of each strawberry, finishing with a blob on top (see photo).

Sprinkle the yoghurt with desiccated coconut.

Keep in the fridge until ready to eat.
