Raw cranberry sauce

INGREDIENTS

250g fresh cranberries
60g dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
1 whole orange, quartered and pips removed
60g Raw Health honey
2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. mixed spice (optional)

METHOD

Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Store in the fridge.
